Cancellation Policy: Canceling a tour reservation seven or more days prior to arrival results in a full refund of tour fees paid. Tour reservations canceled less than seven days in advance results in the forfeiture of all tour fees.
Tour admission fees vary depending on age, from free to $23.00. Trained guides will lead you over electrically lighted paved walkways and provide information about geologic wonders such as the King's Canopy, the Twins, and other unusual speleothems. With an interesting history and a river flowing through the cave, Onondaga Cave is a spectacular registered National Natural Landmark. Onondaga Cave tours leave from the visitor center. They are walking tours, just less than 1 mile long, and last about one hour and 15 minutes. The cave's temperature is 57ºF (13ºC) year-round, so bring a jacket and comfortable shoes. Contact the park for additional tour availability. Please arrive ten minutes before tour start time.
Tour admission fees vary depending on age, from free to $6.00. The Battle of Lexington Currently offers two tours; the Anderson House Tour and the Battlefield Tour. Both of the tours last between 45 minutes to an hour. For group tours, contact Battle of Lexington at 660-259-4654
Through exhibits, you can learn about how the process of milling has changed over the years and how those changes affected the mill. Exhibits and lighting have been installed throughout the mill. The exhibits are designed to withstand the temperature and humidity extremes in the mill and even the flooding that sometimes affects the first floor. Throughout the year, Bollinger Mill hosts various special events, including concerts, free mill tours and programs for the whole family.
Tour admission fees vary depending on age, from free to $5.00. Tour includes indoor and outdoor steps, uneven surfaces and standing for periods of time. Limited bench seating is available along the tour. Most of the tour is indoors, but we do walk half a block between the two buildings and spend time in the garden, so dress appropriately for the outdoors, in layers. Through guided tours of two historic houses, visitors experience the daily life and traditions of German immigrants to Missouri as it was in the mid-19th century. In 1836, the German Settlement Society of Philadelphia was formed to create Deutschheim (German Home), a place where German immigrants could live much as they had in the old country with the freedom to practice their own German traditions and language.
Minnesota state park tours take you underground, back in time, or into the future! Beginning April 1, 2015, you'll be able to reserve tickets for tours at Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park and Soudan Underground Mine State Park.
Take an underground tour of the last and deepest underground mine at Soudan Underground Mine State Park, half a mile below the earth, or tour the underground high energy physics lab where physicists from around the world are trying to answer questions about the universe. Or take a caving tour of Minnesota's longest cave at Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park, and check out cave formations and underground pools and passages.
